From Little Knap Distillery: "Inspired by the land surrounding our distillery on the hillside over looking the River Wye; locally known as 'The Knapp' in Herefordshire, our handcrafted gin's botanicals include quince, apple, pear, homegrown thyme, bay, rose, rosemary and foraged elderberry. This is a London Dry Gin meaning nothing is added after distillation other than our own spring water which we use to cut the gin to bottle strength (41%)"
