Made using the botanicals said to be found in the 17th century plague doctors masks. Dr Beaky’s exquisite London Dry Gin has herby citrus tones from homegrown lemon balm & mint, floral notes from rose, carnation petals & lavender and warm spice from cloves, peppers and juniper. Each bottle is then gently filled with aromatic juniper wood smoke to create very light smokey finish.
