This rosé is a blend of Tempranillo Tinto and Tempranillo Blanco grapes grown in the Rioja Alta zone where cooler, wetter conditions allow grapes to retain their freshness. Tempranillo undergoes cold maceration for six hours to obtain a delicate pink hue and is subsequently blended with Tempranillo Blanco prior to fermentation. The final blend spends two months in contact with the lees prior to bottling. A vivid pale pink with lilac inflections. Notes of bright red berries, white flowers followed by a touch of apricot. A pleasing soft acidity is complimented by a creaminess that lends weight and complexity to the finish.
