We produce our own neutral spirit, which is triple distilled in our copper pot still Twmpa. The finest hand blended 12 botanicals, Gwatkin’s Herefordshire apples and Brecon mineral rich water go into all of our gins, supporting local whenever we can. An optimum maceration time combined with vapour infusion and a slow distillation process allows us to produce this silky-smooth premium Gin. Perfect just over ice, in Martinis or long as a G&T.
